Delivery Information

Orders are sent by either Hermes or DHL depending on size and weight of the items purchased. We select the courier used based on the service available to you dependent on the value and weight of your order.

Once your item has been despacthed you will receive an online tracking code by email which allows you to track your delivery from us to you

Deliveries are made during the day so we recommend you supply a daytime delivery address (i.e. a work address) if you are not planning to be at home.

Stock amounts

As per most accessories listed on this website we do not have the resources to maintain stock info on several thousand smaller items. We keep many of the accessories on our site in stock and even if we don't have the Product in stock and our stock boxes say there in stock, it is likely that it will be available from suppliers within 2 days. However, If there is a problem obtaining this product, we will inform you of the delay within 48 hours.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm and possibly on the weekend. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

Lost Items

Refunds or replacements for lost items are only available if the online delivery codes are still active online and that the item delivery information says the item was undelivered but if the item is labeled as sucessfully delivered and signed for, this includes delivery by any of our couriers then we accept no responsibility as the evidence states that the delivery is complete by buying from us you agree to this by buying from us.

If the item is payed for by paypal then a paypal case must be started If a refund is required due to a lost item.

To start a case its on the bottom of the paypal payment invoice in your Paypal account

Need help? If you have problems with a transaction or would like assistance settling a dispute with your seller, visit the Resolution Centre. PayPal strongly recommends attempting to resolve this issue directly with the merchant or seller whenever possible .

 * 98.7% of our UK orders are delivered on time, with virtually all of the remainder delivered no more than one day late. In the unlikely event your delivery has not arrived by the 2nd working day after despatch .
