Returning a Product

You can return goods purchased if you are not satisfied or product is not what you require for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery charges to and from you) provided goods are in their original undamaged packaging and are in new condition all batterys are excluded for any return but electrical outdoor items have a 60 Day replacement product guarantee as long as the returned item is in its original undamaged packaging and is in new condition but any items that are used outdoors cannot be refunded only replaced due to the field they are being used in and the damages that can take place being outdoors.

Please check your purchased item or items upon delievery to check you are satisfied on the quality of the product and that it does the job is should do.

Warranty

12 months Manufacturers warranty included, with exchange for new if any fault on arrival, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and we will always do our best to uphold quality and the highest of standards of service for our customers.  Manufacturer's warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse or disassembly by buyer or a third party. Outside of the warranty period or for incidents not covered by the warranty a repair estimate will be provided.

Please send an email to Returns@gowildlifewatching.co.uk quoting your order number and detailing your reason for return. We will respond to your email with return instructions and reference number. Goods delivered by Go wildlife watching. remain your responsibility until received back by us, so we recommend you using a recorded delivery method for your own piece of mind.

Returns must be received by Go wildlife watching within 10 days of receipt by the customer.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.

Payments made by Paypal will be refunded via Paypal.

Payments made by Cheque/Bacs will be refunded via BACS.

Lost Items

Refunds or replacements are only alvailble if the online delivery codes are still active online and that the item delivery information says the item was undelivered but if the item is labeled as sucessfully delivered and signed for this icludes delivery by any of our couriers then we accept no responsibility as the evidence states that the delivery is complete by buying from us you agree to this. if item is payed for by paypal then a paypal case must be started.

Preowned/demo items

These items are removed from any type of returns and by buying from go wildlife watching you are agreeing to these terms as used items they may have small scratches or slight damage but are fully usable and working items fit for purpose.

If an item is sent back in a condition that it was not sent in a refund cannot be given as serial numbers and photos of the items have been taken before the item was sent.

If an item does not work when you receive it please use the returns process via Paypal resoloution centre and a refund may be granted minus original postage and packing  item cannot be returned if the buyer decides they no longer want the item or is unclaimed for a number of days from the Courier including Hermes, DHL, Royal mail if that is the case and item arrives damaged from the courier the buyer is responsible for claiming damage via the selected courier and by buying a preowned, demo or used item from here you are agreeing to all above

PAYPAL REFUND CAN ONLY BE GIVEN THROUGH THE SECURE RESOLUTION CENTRE ON THE PAYPAL SITE THIS PROTECTS BOTH THE BUYER AND THE SELLER

ONCE THE ITEM IS RETURNED THEN INSPECTED A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN  MOST CIRCUMSTANCES

 * 98.7% of our UK orders are delivered on time, with virtually all of the remainder delivered no more than one day late.

In the unlikely event your delivery has not arrived by the 2nd working day after despatch .
