You can return goods purchased if not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery charges to and from you) provided goods are in their original undamaged packaging and are in new condition all battery/electrical outdoor items have a 60 Day replacement product guarantee as long the returned item is in its original undamaged packaging and is in new condition but any items that are used outdoors cannot be refunded only replaced due to the field they are being used in and the damages that can take place being outdoors.

Please check your purchased item or items upon delievery to check you are satified on the quality of the product and that it does the job its supposed to do.

Please send an email to sales@gowildlifewatching.co.uk quoting your order number and detailing your reason for return. We will respond to your email with return instructions and reference number. Goods delivered by Go wildlife watching. remain your responsibility until received back by us, so we recommend you using a recorded delivery method for your own piece of mind .

Returns must be received by Go wildlife watching. within 10 days of receipt by the customer.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit

Refunds or replacements are only alvailble if the online delivery codes are still active online and that the item delivery information says the item was undelivered but if the item is labeled as sucessfully delivered and signed for this icludes delivery by any of our couriers then we accept no responsibility as the evidence states that the delivery is complete by buying from us you agree to this. if item is payed for by paypal then a paypal case must be started.
